WHAT TIME DOES THE EXHIBITION OPEN?
The exhibition is open from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM daily.
The visitor registration counter closes 15 minutes before the exhibition closing time.
IS THERE A DRESS CODE FOR VISITORS?
We kindly remind all visitors that this is a trade event, and appropriate business attire is required.
Visitors wearing the following types of clothing will not be permitted to enter the exhibition hall:
Shorts / Knee-length pants
Singlets / Tank tops / Sleeveless shirts
Indoor slippers / Flip-flops
Sandals / Sports sandals
Open-heel footwear (for male visitors)
The Organizer reserves the right to refuse entry to any visitor deemed to be dressed inappropriately, without providing further explanation.

Visitors to ProPak Vietnam can join the Business Matching Program to book appointments with exhibitors in advance.
This program helps visitors save time, schedule meetings efficiently, and maximize their exhibition experience.
I WANT TO VISIT PROPAK VIETNAM THIS YEAR. HOW CAN I REGISTER?
During the exhibition period:
– If you have not pre-registered but have received an invitation ticket from the Organizer or an exhibitor, please complete the information on the invitation ticket, bring your business card, and proceed to the On-site Visitor Registration Counter to collect your badge during opening hours.
– If you have not pre-registered and do not have an invitation ticket, please bring your business card to the registration counter at the exhibition to obtain an on-site registration form. After filling it out, proceed to the On-site Visitor Registration Counter to receive your badge.
– If you have pre-registered and received a confirmation email with a registration code, please bring this confirmation to the Pre-registration Counter to collect your visitor badge.
Visitors are strongly encouraged to register online in advance to save time at the exhibition.
I HAVE ALREADY REGISTERED ONLINE. DOES THAT MEAN I CAN AUTOMATICALLY VISIT THE EXHIBITION?
No. Your pre-registration is subject to approval by the Organizer.
Once your registration details are reviewed and approved, you will receive a Pre-registration Confirmation Letter with a unique confirmation code sent to your registered email.
If your registration is unsuccessful, you will also be notified by email.
Please allow up to 3 working days to receive your confirmation.
I REGISTERED MORE THAN 3 WORKING DAYS AGO BUT HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY RESPONSE FROM THE ORGANIZER. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

I LOST MY PRE-REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION LETTER. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
– If you remember your confirmation code, you can present it along with your business card at the registration counter to collect your visitor badge.
– If you don’t remember your confirmation code, you may ask our staff to check the system by presenting your business card at the registration counter during exhibition hours.
In case your information cannot be found in the system, you will be kindly requested to register again by filling out an invitation ticket at the venue.
I HAVE PRE-REGISTERED, BUT I AM UNABLE TO ATTEND THE EXHIBITION. CAN MY COLLEAGUE / FRIEND / FAMILY MEMBER ATTEND ON MY BEHALF?
No. Pre-registration approval is strictly personal and non-transferable.
You will be required to present personal identification (such as an ID card or other valid documents) to verify your information before collecting your visitor badge.
